Marcus W. Campbell has practiced law since 2001. A cum laude graduate of Notre Dame Law School, his practice focuses on employment and labor counseling and litigation matters, including workers’ compensation matters and occupational safety and health matters.

Mr. Campbell is the chair of Miller Johnson’s Occupational Safety & Health Practice Group and has extensive knowledge of both state (MIOSHA) and federal (OSHA) occupational safety and health regulations. He routinely assists employers who have received citations from MIOSHA and OSHA, and guides them through the complicated legal issues that accompany these citations such as appeals, hearings, penalty reductions, hazard abatement, and other legal issues.
